Flag Day FHE Lesson (Showing Respect for our Flag)

Happy Flag Day! I originally made this booklet for a preschool lesson about showing respect for our flag. I've had feedback that it remains a favorite preschool relic well into elementary school and so I've decided to make it into a full-blown FHE lesson. If you can spare the printer ink, I recommend printing off enough copies of the booklet for each child to follow along with during the lesson, don't worry one is enough if that's all you can do. :)

To add extra pizazz to this lesson it would be fun to have small flags and hats for everyone to practice their flag etiquette with. I hope you enjoy this as much as we have!

Click here to view the index of my other ready-to-print FHE lessons (with a new one published most Mondays).

Flag Day FHE Lesson (Showing Respect for Flag)

*NOTE: This lesson does not scroll downward as most of my lessons do. You will scroll to the right and left to see the different pages.

PS For optimal printing performance, it is best to create a free account with Scribd.com and download the PDF file before printing. As always, feel free to email me at wawadehut@gmail.com if you are having troubles viewing or printing these lessons. I also love to hear your feedback and ideas for future lesson topics.

I am so so so grateful to you for putting these up digitally!!! Sorry I couldn't find the father's day stuff. Maybe I should start doing this too and there would be that many more....or maybe it is good they are all in one place with you. Would you like me to start scanning things in for you?? This flag one is AWESOME!!!! Thanks!!!!!
