This lesson is loosely based on the primary song, "To Be a Pioneer", which states that you don't have to push a handcart or leave your family dear to be a pioneer, but when you are courageous and stand up for righteousness that you can be a pioneer today. I've included a list of some fun craft and activity ideas if you want to expound on it during the week.

Pioneer FHE Lesson
PS For optimal printing performance, it is best to create a free account with Scribd.com and download the PDF file before printing. As always, feel free to email me at wawadehut@gmail.com if you are having troubles viewing or printing these lessons. I also love to hear your feedback and ideas for future lesson topics.
PS#2--Comments and emails about how your family is using the lessons (and hopefully enjoying them) is a jolt of adrenaline in my arm to keep going with this time consuming project. hint hint :)
I happened upon your blog and truly love it! It is so inspirational. I have used many of your lessons with my 7 and 4 year old and they are completely engrossed in them. I have have had more success with them paying attention and interested than many of my other lessons put together. I have shared a few with my sister who also loves them. I am truly impressed with your creativity and talent. Keep up the good work, you are our hero here in hot Arizona!
ReplyDeletewell I'm your #1 fan and have appreciated every last FHE lesson you've spent so much time and effort putting together. I tell everyone I know about how great these lessons are and the benefit and blessing it has brought to my family! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteWell, since you asked I'm happy pipe up. I feel so lucky to have found your blog with these FHE lessons! My plan (since I love them so much) is to copy them x 10, cut out their visuals and laminate them and then give the completed packets to both sides of our family for Christmas this year. That's how much I love what you've done. A HUGE thank you to you! You are an angel to those of us (and there are many) who are not so blessed to have all of this 'together' yet. --Megan in Sacramento
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw that you love to hear feedback I couldn't wait to jump on and tell you that I am your #1 fan...and I am the 4th do so. Grr. However...I am a HUGE fan and we use your lessons almost every week (usually with only minor modifications for my 3 under 3 and their teeeeeny tiny attention spans! I so appreciate all of the thought and attention to detail and referencing you do! Thanks!!! Anna (Karey's cousin)
